Returns and Refunds Policy
Effective date: September 30, 2025

1. Return window
   You may request a return within 30 days of the date you received your item.

2. Condition of items
   To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as delivered: unused and unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

3. How to start a return
   Email sales@dna-autorepair.com to request a return authorization. After approval, ship returns to:

Items sent back without prior authorization will be refused.

4. Return shipping and instructions
   If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your package.

5. Damages, defects, or incorrect items
   Inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Items that cannot be returned
   The following are non-returnable:
   • Perishable goods (for example, food, flowers, plants)
   • Custom or personalized items (including special orders)
   • Personal care items (for example, beauty products)
   • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
   • Sale items and gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, email us before sending it back.

7. Exchanges
   The fastest way to receive a replacement is to submit a return for the original item. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.

8. European Union customers: 14-day cooling-off period
   If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason. Returned items must be unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, and you must include proof of purchase.

9. Refunds
   We will email you after we receive and inspect your return to confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
